no surprise act and good faith estimate
clinicians at our practice accept BCBS and Aetna insurance. in accordance with the No Surprises Act, private pay clients who opt out of using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what their services may cost. please request a Good Faith Estimate from your clinician should you desire this documentation. in the effort to eliminate financial surprises, we have outlined the cost of services on this website and within our intake documentation. additionally, clinicians accept payments at the time of service to reduce the risk of an accumulating bill or future surprise billing.
