Therapy for College Students and Young Adults in Asheville, NC

Navigating life as a college student or young adult can be both exciting and overwhelming. Many young adults find themselves grappling with anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, academic or financial stress, depression, and more—especially in the wake of Hurricane Helene here in Asheville and throughout Western North Carolina. Our therapists specialize in providing counseling support tailored specifically for college students and young adults in Asheville and virtually all across North Carolina. Our clinicians are experienced in helping you develop effective coping strategies focused on how to deal with anxiety, how to heal from trauma, how to process your emotions before / during / after a breakup, and how to build healthy relationships with others—and most importantly—with yourself.

Our compassionate team is dedicated to supporting young adults and college students on your journey to healing and growth. Specifically:

  • Kristen Goossens, LCSWA, works with teenagers and adults in North Carolina. Kristen’s clients are often seeking their first therapy session, recovering from toxic relationships, desiring better relationships with their families, and are often ADHD or Autistic.
